The Mangrove Photography Awards is an international photography competition aimed at shining a light on our fragile mangrove ecosystems. Your work will be viewed by our expert judging panel and you will have the opportunity to win prizes, including $500 for the overall winner of the Mangrove Photography Awards.
The Awards is FREE to enter and is open to all photographers around the world, of any age and level. Photographers who are 23 years old or younger from 26th July 2023, will need to tick the box under the forms to compete to become the Young Mangrove Photographer of the Year.
All entries will be celebrated as a global mangrove exhibition on 26th July 2023, in celebration of World Mangrove Day.
The Awards opened for entry on 23rd June 2023, and will close at 11.59pm on 23rd July 2023, PDT. Entries will not be accepted after the closing date.
SUBMISSION PROCESS (be sure to read all the information and Entry Rules)
Choose which categories you would like to enter (note that there are 2 different forms)
Enter as many categories as you wish
Up to 6 photos can be entered into each category (single photo entry form); except for Mangroves & Conservation Stories category which requires you to submit a total of 6 images (multiple photo entry form)
Choose single photo entry form for submitting into Wildlife, Landscape, People, Threats and Underwater categories and upload your entries one by one.
All entrants 23 years of age or younger on 26th July, 2023 will enter the Young Mangrove Photographer of the Year Award - please make sure to tick the box.
